A Note on Unpacking Your RASVAA Order
We recommend recording a short, continuous unpacking video when opening your parcel. This simple step helps us quickly verify any transit-related issues and ensures a smoother resolution, should you ever need assistance.
The video should ideally show:
• The sealed outer packaging
• The shipping label
• The product being opened for the first time
This practice is especially helpful in the rare case of damage or leakage during transit.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:
• The product arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered
• An incorrect product is delivered
• An item is missing from your order
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery
• An unpacking video is required to support the request

Refunds & Resolution
Eligible cases will be resolved through a replacement or store credit only. Cash or bank refunds are not offered.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery due to handling
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers
• Gift boxes or bundled sets (unless damaged during delivery)
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
